30 Day Return Policy

Please email info@kicksgogo.net if you'd like to return a product.

We accept returns within 30 days of customers' receiving their orders. If you're unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, just let us know by email within those 30 days.  We'll provide you with an RMA number to include as part of the return. 

Return all components of the product, and we'll refund the amount the customer paid for the product (tax included). As soon as we verify the return, we will provide the refund via the form of payment which was used.

Note: the customer pays the return shipping fee using any carrier they prefer (ex: UPS, USPS, FedEx).
